Experts in Perinatal Mental Health
The planning and pre-conception, pregnancy and post-natal phases of parenting are a period of significant change for parents, and becoming a parent can be the most glorious, exciting, and beautiful journey; but it can also be filled with apprehension, fear, challenge, and loneliness.
At Life Changing Psychology we are passionate about helping families to experience the best possible start in life and by supporting parental wellness and ensuring strong, healthy attachments between parents and their infants.
We understand the importance of perinatal mental health, and our team has the specialist knowledge, training and experience to support parents experiencing mental health challenges during this time.
