This work supports you in reconnecting with a clearer and more grounded sense of yourself.

You may be carrying the impact of loss or past experiences that continue to shape how you feel and relate.

This work involves processing what has happened, and understanding how it continues to show up.

You might feel like you should be coping better, or that others aren’t struggling in the same way.

These experiences are more common than they appear – and they can be worked through, with the right support.
